Windows XP x64 Hardware?
My concern was that I would think your driver should ALWAYS say that it can do 64-bit DMA since your hardware can apparently handle it. .... can work well on Vista32/XP32/XPx64 + 4GRAM platform, and work well on Vista x64 + less than 4G RAM, but can't work on Vista x64 + 4G RAM, this problem make me confused.

So many topics to discuss Software I'll probably put it on Windows 2003 R2 X64 unless anyone has problems with the x64 version of sharepoint. x64 doesn't work with some third-party add-ons such as Adobe ifilter. An ifilter is code that allows indexing of non-microsoft files types such as PDFs.

In Vista x64, any driver that is not properly signed will not be able to enter the kernel and will fail to load. Think how many times you have ignored that warning that a certain hardware driver is not properly signed. With vista x64, if your driver has not be blessed by Microsoft, it will not work.

The 64bit driver will install on XP Pro x64 but not on Vista x64. The difference is that XP Pro x64 requires 64bit drivers (but does not require signage) while Vista x64 requires 64bit I have two more question; signed drivers are required for the hardware components only? So say for example I am using Utorrent.

Your x64 processor won't show up inside the guest OS. The sound is emulated. The video is emulated (important to the OP wanting to play games). The NIC is emulated. Most places that I see describing how VPC works will saying something like "Virtual PC emulates a standard PC and its associated hardware"
